Roughly three weeks ago I took a test to see how in line my internal energies were. As it turned out, all of my chakras were under-active. I started a meditation routine at that time, and can honestly say that for the most part, I stuck with it. I took the test again, to see if I’ve made any progress, and was very surprised by my results! Of course, I’m taking into consideration a margin of error. Now that I better understand what I need to be thinking or feeling to have a more balanced root chakra, I’m afraid that I wasn’t as un-biased as I was when I first took the test.
Regardless of any margin of error, I do feel better. I wouldn’t say that overall I feel balanced,
but some of my fears towards making a commitment to live in a certain location,
have mildly subsided. I haven’t felt as
lazy, unfocused, or as disorganized as I have been over the last several
months. That being said... I just
completed a major project at work, and my office life has slowed down since we’re
in the last month of the quarter. So, that
has been a major contributor to regaining some sanity.
